We are currently looking to recruit an RPA Developer to join our Management Consulting Department in Nicosia. The successful candidate will join our growing team and work on RPA projects which aim to help our clients strengthen their operations, achieve efficiencies, manage their risks, and transform their business.

The opportunity:

  • Participating in the technical design and development of innovative solutions utilizing RPA technologies
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining process automations built according to specific business and technical requirements, using RPA development platforms
  • Being involved in a combination of business understanding and RPA development activities
  • Demonstrating problem solving capabilities by addressing various challenges that arise during the RPA development process in a practical and innovative manner
  • Ensuring smooth delivery of projects by collaborating with project managers and owners, functional and technical teams
  • Demonstrating the necessary business consulting skills and being involved in client facing activities including solution presentation and support

The Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any business-related or STEM field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science etc.)
  • Master’s degree in any related field will be considered as an advantage
  • Relevant experience in technology, ideally as an RPA developer using any of the market-leading RPA platforms (such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, MS Power Automate etc.) will be considered as an advantage
  • Fundamental knowledge of RPA concepts and understanding of the application of RPA technologies in different business sectors
  • RPA developer certification will be considered as a distinct advantage
  • Willingness to pursue RPA training and certification programs
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
