CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and highly respected Architectural & Design office with offices in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit a talented Architect to join their growing team. The successful applicant should hold an academic background in Architecture, be a member of ETEK and possess approximately 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience. Knowledge and experience of ArchiCAD will be considered an advantage and fluency in both Greek & English is a must. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Prepare drawings and present ideas for reviewing.
• Develop final construction plans that show the buildings appearance as well as details for construction.
• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Follow building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations and planning laws.
• Make necessary changes through the planning process.
• Supervision of projects.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Holder of a recognized degree in Architecture.
• At least 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience as an Architect is a must. 
• Member of ETEK.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• ArchiCAD will be considered as an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Creative mind with the original concepts.
• Fluency in both Greek and English.
