Pafilia is seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will provide daily support in all activities of the Marketing department.

Location: Paphos

Main Responsibilities:
• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Providing daily support to the Marketing Manager and team
• Preparing and keeping property presentations updated to support sales team
• Monitor the content of all marketing materials to ensure they are kept up-to-date
• Ensure that the overseas offices marketing requests are responded to and executed in a timely manner and that all offices are kept up-to-date with the latest company/product news and materials
• Updating and monitoring company intranet
• Translating content into Russian and organising other language translation with the relevant parties
• Assisting with the collation of information and the production of new materials
• Sourcing materials and requesting quotations
• Maintaining the database for Minthis
• Updating and maintaining the marketing departments records
• Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
• Monitor and update the Pafilia website
• Keeping track of brochure availability and making any necessary orders in order to have the needed quantity to support the sales team

Necessary requirements:

• Effective project management skills
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent MS office and PPT skills
• Self-motivated team player
• University degree in Marketing and previous experience considered advantageous
• Fluent in Russian and English language, both written and oral
