DAY-TO-DAY

The position requires a thorough understanding of each event, sponsor categories in particular, as well as executing direct email campaigns. This is a very exciting role within our expanding Marketing team, with potential for personal growth and career opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding the target audience for each event
• Promoting our summits to potential sponsors by selecting data from our corporate database and generating interest through direct marketing campaigns
• Working closely with Sponsor Sales teams around the globe to achieve the best ROI for each summit

REQUIREMENTS

• EU passport-holder only
• Fluency in French, Spanish, or German
• Experience in using database and email campaign software would be considered an advantage
• Attention to detail, exceptional communication and writing skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical skills
