We are seeking to recruit a high calibre professional at the level of real estate property sales advisor. The successful job incumbent will be based in our Nicosia office.

The Team

Kadis Estates, is a leading company in the Real Estate Sector with over 35 years of experience in the Cyprus property market. The Company is a member of FIABCI, Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, CREA and a registered member of the Real Estate Agent Registration Council.

The role

The successful candidate will be primarily involved in the following:

• Arranging and assisting in property viewings between clients and property owners
• Establishing relationships with new customers
• Maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers
• Keeping a high level of knowledge about existing properties, and learn about new properties and services as they come in
• Developing networks and cooperating with associates of the Company
• Record information in the CRM database system (training will be provided - no prior knowledge is required)

Requirements

• High school certificate
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a sales position will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages (both verbal and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Striving to improve customer satisfaction through customer service and continuous support
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Ability to comply with company’s regulations and policies
