Prodly is looking for a Senior Specialist, Finance Operations to carry out and manage a variety of administrative and corporate duties and assist our Management, Finance and HR teams on the day-to-day tasks revolving international offices (USA and CY) requirements and also dealing with ad hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our accounting team for US and Cyprus tax assistance
• Collaborate with the finance team for day to day accounting tasks and compliance matters
• Collaborate with our finance team for 409A valuations of the company
• Assist in regular investment updates and other funds raising activities
• Collaborate with the legal team when necessary
• Collaborate with Operations external partners and service providers
• Lead some Operations projects and implement new tools, processes, benefits etc.
• Create various Operations reports, lists, guides, instructions when necessary
• Constantly track Operations progress regarding some particular projects
   

Required Experience/Skills:

• Degree in Finance, Economics or Management
• ACCA, ACA, CPA certificates
• At least 3+ years working experience in a financial position
• Strong interpersonal, self-organizing and team-working skills
• Well-developed project-management skills, constantly meeting dead-lines
• Excellent English communication skills (written or oral) 
• Russian language is desirable but not a must
• Technology savvy
• Curious in their profession and willing to improve and upgrade processes
