We're growing our team and we are seeking for a Compliance Officer.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to maintain and update internal policies and procedures of the firm, in order to be in line with regulatory requirements
• Assisting with the monitoring of legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the compliance of the firm’s ongoing business processes
• Providing support and guidance to the departments of the company in relation to queries relevant to AML and regulatory compliance matters
• Reviewing and approving marketing materials (advertising campaigns, website content, email marketing, social media campaigns, affiliates) and client communication and ensuring they comply with global regulatory requirements
• Assisting with the drafting and/or the improving of agreements, contracts and other legal documents

Requirements

• Finance or Law or Business-related degree
• At least 3-4 years experience at an investment firm
• Previous experience in the Compliance Function of a CIF will be considered an advantage
• CySEC Advanced certificate will be considered an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral
• Organized, diligent and detail oriented
• Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications
