David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit French or Arabic speaking Back Office Officer for their Limassol office. 


Position: Back Office Officer

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.



  • Communicate with the clients, regarding their queries, using various channels (email, phone & chat)
  • Enusre professional service and highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Perform (KYC) procedures to all potential and existing clients, in line with company's & regulatory requirements
  • Oversee daily execution of tasks related to client deposits, client withdrawals, account opening/maintenance and closures
  • Authorize client withdrawals based on the company’s thresholds
  • Report any suspcious activities spotted to the immediate supervisor
  • Resolve any internal and external queries in a professional manner
  • Maintain all the neccessary back office administration and assist in preparing regulatory reports
  • Closely collaborate with other deparments (sales, compliance, etc.)
  • In addition to the above duties, the employee may be assigned ad-hoc tasks. 



    • Native/fluent in French or Arabic, both oral and written 
    • Fluent in English
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in back office roles in FX industry 
    • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or related field will be considered as an advantage
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
