CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit Retention Officers to join their team based in Limassol. The successful applicants will possess approximately 1+ year of previous experience in Retention or a similar position within the Financial Services sector and ideally hold a degree in a business related field. Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of Thai, Indonesian or Chinese will be considered an advantage. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective manner.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure that high level service is provided.
• Perform personal clientele analysis and take actions as required.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures.
• Contribute to the team effort by achieving targeted results.
• Cooperate effectively with other departments as necessary.

Key Skills/Experience:  

• Degree in a business related field will be a plus.
• Approximately 1+ year of previous experience in Retention or a similar position within the Financial Services sector is a must.
• Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Thai, Indonesian or Chinese will be considered an advantage.
