Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a leading Wine & Spirits Trader company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Stock Control Officer;

Responsibilities:

• Manages the company’s purchasing process with overseas suppliers by placing timely orders.
• Ensuring inventory is well managed, by organizing cycle counts and stock takings.
• Communicates with sales departments and monitor stocks level based on market needs and trends.
• Cooperate with forwarding agents for timely, cost efficient shipping and collection of company’s orders.
• Prepares costings in collaboration with the management and accounting department.
• Make proposals, for the improvement of company’s procedures and cost efficiency.
• Prepares reports relative to the achievement of sales and monitors related inventory budgeted level.
• Participates in the Management Review Procedure.
• Identifies the non-conformities of the department and determines corrective actions.
• Any other job that the Management may assign him/her with

Qualifications:

• Holding a university Degree in Business Administrations, Marketing, or any other related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related position
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Proficient user of computer systems
• Good problem-solving and numerical skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Pleasant personality and discreet
• Honest, trustworthy and to be able to work well in teams
• Meet deadlines
