Our client, a Global Marketing & Technology company is seeking to recruit an experienced Office Manager for our Limassol office.
The ideal candidate must have flexibility in the role, which will encompass all aspects of general office management as well as running errands for the Country Director when required. Some level of basic bookkeeping will be a plus point.
Job Description
- Dealing with payments of local suppliers.
- In charge of office supply, office maintenance, and cleaning.
- Assisting with Recruitment/HR.
- Obtaining and negotiating quotations for local services and service providers.
- Prepare Office expense reports, collating and filing expenses.
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require.
- Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Set up meeting spaces for when guests arrive to make people feel welcome.
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and external contacts.
- Dealing with any personal matters for the Director.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Shopping, both for the office and the Country Director.
Required Skills & Experience
- Fluent in Greek & English
- Live in Limassol for immediate availability.
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Flexible work ethic.
- Outgoing personality.
