We’re on a mission in finding the best talent out there and adding a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our IT  team at the offices in Nicosia or Limassol, Cyprus.  

Your role at BDSwiss:

• Identify and fill gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.

• Assist with the development of product plan and positioning strategies

• Work closely with the development team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

• Use A/B testing, multi-variate testing and related tools

• Manage all aspects of the projects including analysis, budgeting, planning, designing, building, testing, go live coordination and transition to support.

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Manager / Owner role in a related industry.

• An eye for good UX/UI and experience with Figma

• Understanding and prior experience with Forex and fintech will be a plus

• Prior technical background is not required but is beneficial

• Basic knowledge of SQL and BigQuery for quick collection of data analytics

• Highly organized; ability to multitask and possess excellent time management skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
