We are looking for a Customer Support Agent/Dealing (Spanish Speaker)
Responsibilities
- Reception of clients into the Company
- Assisting clients with transacting funds
- Assisting clientele with company's services
- Negotiating better conditions with company's clients
- Building and maintaining business relationships between the company & clients
- Handling of customers complaints
- Providing relevant information to clients regarding necessary documents
Requirements:
- Fluency in the Spanish and English languages is mandatory
- Previous experience in a similar position is a must
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong Multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications
- Full remote work
