IronFX is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010.  On behalf of IronFX, we are looking to hire a dynamic individual to assume the role of Junior Payroll Officer.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the proper and efficient filing of all Payroll documents
• Manage all administration work and ensure that all information is up to date
• Assist with the setup of the new employees, and changes or terminations in the system
• Assist with the Tracking of Employee payroll deductions (life insurance, taxes, advancements)
• Reconciliation of other benefits provided by the company (overtimes, bonus etc)
• Assist with the collection of medical insurance claims and providing to the insurance company
• Help with paperwork related to immigration applications process
• Assist the employees with any questions, clarifications may need regarding payroll matters
• Provide to the global payroll providers all the details needed for the preparation of the payroll
• Responsible for all administration
• Implementation of the Internal Regulations and procedures of the Company

Person Specification:

• University Degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field    
• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
• IT literate (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools)
• Knowledge of SAP Payroll software will be considered a plus
• Great attention to detail
