Our client, a well-established Group of companies operating in HO.RE.CA industry, wishes to employ a Finance Manager who will lead the Accounting Department.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

Leading a team of 20+ people, the job holder will have the responsibility of the smooth operation of the Accounting and Finance department and the accurate and on-time preparation of Financial Statements and Management Reporting. Reporting to the Group CEO, the job holder will indicatively and among others be responsible to:

• Plan, direct, and supervise all accounting duties, ensuring the execution in a timely and accurate manner

• Prepare Management reports in order to present them to the BoD to provide suggestions in terms of expenses optimization and revenue and cashflow management

• Lead the process of budget and forecast activities and execute all necessary analysis

• Review the process of payroll and the monthly accounts closures, along with accounts receivables/payables, banks etc.

• Coordinate preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting

Position’s Requirements

• Holder of ACCA, ACA or CPA accounting professional qualification

• At least 5 years post qualification experience in a similar position and industry with similar challenges and complexity

• Experience with SAP will be considered as an advantage
