We’re on a mission in finding the best talent out there and adding a talented and experienced Funding Administrator to join our Back Office team at our office in Limassol, Cyprus. 

 

Your role at BDSwiss: 

  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and updated in the company’s software

  • Respond to any emails received from clients regarding queries on funding procedures and inquiries related to their deposits and withdrawals via email

  • Coordinate with clients for payments and issue resolution

  • Monitoring of correct workflow such as Deposits and withdrawal procedures on the company’s internal systems

  • Processing all types of transactions: deposits, withdrawals, refunds, transfers, and commissions/bonuses in liaison with the Company’s regulations and policies

  • Conducting ongoing monitoring for high-risk clients and transactions

  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering procedures

  • Monitoring, prioritizing and organizing the back-office team’s daily work

  • Assist with overseeing the daily execution of tasks relating to client deposits, account maintenance, and closures

  • Creating and updating the procedures for the department

  • Proactively measure and improve operational processes

  • Resolving internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Communication and coordination with different departments

  • Assisting internally all departments with any issues related to clients’ funds

  • Always perform his/her duties with due skill, professional care, and diligence.

 

The Ideal Candidate : 

  •  Previous experience working as a Funding Administrator within a regulated environment will be considered an advantage

  • AML certification will be considered an advantage 

  • Business fluency in English (oral and written)

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and all other Microsoft office tools - Computer proficiency is a must

  • Detail-oriented and focused

  • Adaptable with a can-do attitude

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork

  • A willingness to learn
