Due to continuous growth, we are seeking to hire a Junior Merchant Account Analyst to join our team in Cyprus or Malta office. You will be responsible for:

• Data analysis and reporting,
• Transactions’ reconciliations, issues trouble shooting and
• adjustments Payment methods configuration and testing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic payment methods and risk management tools configurations, testing and releases.

• Regularly build reports on transactions; share insights to improve:
  • Transaction Approval rates
  • Transactions’ cost
  • Reconciliation processes

• Regularly Perform transactions reconciliations.

• Assist with transaction issues troubleshooting.

• Identify, quantify and mitigate security and financial risks.

• Complete team and individual project work to improve processes and product effectiveness.

• Work on; and deliver department’s projects not directly related to the position’s main responsibilities.

• Review and report valuable updates on competitor sites.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Essential knowledge of Programming and or text based languages.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written 
• Meticulous, takes initiative and possesses good analytical skills.
• Organised, efficient, and looking to succeed within a results-driven team.
• Attention to details, inquisitive nature and confident in the decision making.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to motivate oneself in challenging conditions.
• Demonstrated willingness to constantly improve.
• Flexibility to work changing shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
