Responsibilities:

• Communication with Payment Service Providers(PSP) daily to maintain efficient relations
• Manage all PSP solutions across different countries and regulations
• Review and implement updates regarding current solutions while search and review new solutions
• Dealing with Payment Service Providers(PSP) in relation with payments issues
• Negotiate terms and conditions of new agreements with Payment Service Providers(PSP)
• Complete relevant documentation to assist with the onboarding new Payment Service Providers(PSP) and maintain Corporation documentation
• Reports to the Managing Director
• Coordinate with other departments in relevant projects assigned by the top management
• Monitoring of daily transactions in order to ensure proper work flow
• Locating any possible technical issues which would disrupt normal work flow and liaising with the technical team for them to be resolved
• Daily reconciliations of all Payment Service Providers
• Monitoring of unsuccessful transactions and taking the necessary actions for each case

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics/Finance or Business will be considered as strong advantage;
• Previous experience in a relevant field is a must
• Previous experience with PSPs in the LATAM market will be considered as a strong advantage
• Fluency in English both verbal and written. Knowledge of Spanish language will be considered as an advantage
• Detail oriented and focused
• Very good negotiation skills
• Strong sense of professionalism
