Main responsibilities

• Assist in the definition of project Scope of Work (SoW) and objectives in close collaboration with the Project Manager 
• Contribute in resourcing planning according to project’s objectives 
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and project plans 
• Liaise with internal groups, vendors and suppliers as appropriate 
• Track and monitor project progress and escalate issues/change requests to appropriate stakeholders
• Handle changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Ensure that project deliverables are executed in accordance with Project Delivery Execution (PDE) methodologies and meet business requirements
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira & Confluence, Microsoft Project Professional, PPT, Excel etc.

What we are looking for

• Holder of a University Degree in  Information Systems, Computer Science or in a related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Qualification will be considered an advantage 
• Excellent negotiation skills, able to facilitate collaboration between stakeholders with differing opinions 
• Dynamic with an ability to take initiative, solve problems and deliver results
• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
• Fluency in Greek and English
