THE POSITION:

  1. Develop and execute HR methodologies aligned with the overall business strategy
  2. Connect management and employee relations by addressing demands or other issues
  3. Manage the recruitment, filtering and selection process
  4. Support business needs through the development, engagement and inspiration of people
  5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies and procedures across the firm
  6. Cultivate a positive working environment
  7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal framework that drives high performance
  8. Maintain benefits program
  9. Assess and monitor training needs and personal development programs
  10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  11. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
  2. Proven working experience as HR Executive or other HR position
  3. People oriented and results driven
  4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases and HR metrics
  5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  6. Competence to construct and successfully oversee interpersonal connections 
  7. Very good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
