Requirements:

• Experience in CRM systems (Forex-market);
• Knowledge of Excel and Google Docs;
• Knowledge of English;
• Initiative;
• Attention to details.

Responsibilities:

• CRM system administration;
• Customer database management and administration;
• Coordinating the work of managers (keeping statistics on their work, calls, comments);
• Coordination of notification flows between managers;
• Analysis of information on the company's clients in Excel and Google documents;
• Providing reports on the work of managers, clients.

Working conditions:

• Working hours: 10:00-19:00;
• Internal training;
• Work in a young, friendly team;
