CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International company that offers its clients various services in the areas of Information Technology, Affiliate and Media Buying within online industries including Forex & Crypto, we are seeking to recruit a Financial Analyst to join their rapidly expanding team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will report to the CFO and primarily be responsible for analysing financial data, producing budgets and income statement forecasts as well as processing financial transactions on behalf of the company. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Accounting/Finance/Economics or a related field and possess very strong data and financial analysis skills. Fluency in English is a must. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports both stand alone and consolidated (budgets, cash flows, budget vs actual) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Review and analyse data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform budget and cost analysis.
• Conduct ongoing reviews and produce various key reports relating to the overall financial status of the company.
• Work closely with the accounting and payments team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with other projects within the Finance function as required by the CFO.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Educated to degree level in Accounting/Finance/Economics or a related field.
• Any relevant accounting qualification will be considered advantageous, but not essential.
• Highly numeric with outstanding analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential for data analysis purposes.
• Experience with PowerBI reports will be considered as an advantage, but not essential.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Written & Spoken) are a must.
