Your role at Exness (short summary of the role):

We are currently looking for a Payment Operations Specialist who will be responsible for clients' unprocessed / pending deposits and withdrawals requests. The successful candidate will be focusing on analysing and preventing potential abuse / fraud cases in the payments ecosystem. The working schedule includes morning, evening, and occasionally night shifts depending on the schedule, weekend shifts on rotation and public holidays. 

 

You will:

  • Process withdrawals (pending);

  • Assist in financial transactions of customer deposits and withdrawals;

  • Identify and resolve issues related to transaction processing by conducting analysis and following troubleshooting procedures;

  • Be the point of contact for existing Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and communicate with them on any required channels: phone, email, chat;

  • Take relevant action in case of PSP downtime or non-scheduled emergency maintenance;

  • Assist PSPs by providing sufficient information (transaction details, error messages, screenshots captured by customers) to carry out investigation on their side;

  • Analyse data to find irregular client activity patterns and abnormal behaviour;

  • Collate information to identify potential system faults and prevent abuse issues;

  • Work with relevant department to follow up and close cases;

 

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Payments within Financial Services, Online Trading, or Crypto;

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail;

  • Proficiency in English and their native language (oral and written). Japanese will be considered an advantage;

  • Excellent communication and people skills;

  • Good organisational and administrative abilities,

  • Problem-solving skills;

  • Excel/Google sheets and docs;

  • Ability to take initiative;

  • Team player approach;

  • A pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude;

  • A passion to learn and develop;
