What will your job look like?

• Provide daily support for DSL/Wireless (access) and IP issues on network development, customer implementations and operational functions
• Carry out fast and efficient troubleshooting when problems are encountered with the transport and data networks also in coordination with associated engineering teams
• Provide support for Data Business Customer issues reported through Customer Service or by any other means
• Provide support to the DSLAMs of the Company
• Provide support to the Wireless network of the Company
• Provide engineering support to the Group or client networks/services either remotely or on-site as directed by Management

• Provide support on a 24x7 basis for network issues
• Travel to other locations of the Company or other offices, inland or abroad, as required by the above assignments

All you need is…

• Degree in Computer Science, Networking or Telecommunications
• Knowledge of Network management, including monitoring, capacity, performance, and service level reporting
• Working knowledge of networks and computer information systems
• Solid understanding of information technology concepts for access technologies and data systems
• Unix/Linux knowledge

• Capable of working in a team
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintains effective work behavior in the face of setbacks or pressure
