We focus on understanding requirements from a business perspective to be validated through testing. This allows our team to deliver custom developed and packaged applications for our clients.

Main responsibilities 

• Liaising with clients and gathering technical and non technical business requirements on behalf of the relevant Project Manager and Engagement Leader 
• Assisting in troubleshooting potential issue/bugs
• Assisting in business analysis using various methods and tools such as requirements management, requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, solution assessment and validation
• Providing ongoing technical and functional customer support
• Taking part in daily Scrum meetings
• Collecting and documenting functional requirements walk-through and carrying out quality reviews
• Consolidate business requirements and translate them into deliverables (solution analysis)
• Other responsibilities will be assigned as required

What we are looking for 

• University degree in Computer science or in a related field.
• Experience in a position with similar responsibilities will be considered an advantage
• Dynamic personality with an ability to take initiative, solve problems and deliver results
• Remain calm under pressure and can handle multiple tasks
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Self-motivated, supportive and excellent team player
• Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Greek and English
