Prime Property Group is looking for an experienced Real Estate Director from Cyprus to join our office in Athens. The ideal candidate must have experience in selling properties to foreigners with strong connections in international agencies. 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Full management of the sales and marketing activities for the promotion of the Athens and developer property market
• Full management of the sales and marketing for the promotion of Prime`s own development in Athens
• Meeting personal sales targets
• Meeting office sales targets
• Motivation of team members and improvement of organizational structure
• Development and execution Marketing plan for the purpose of lead generation
• Development of cross-sales between different cities/districts
• Building the relationships with Agency network

Requirements for the position:

• Fluent in Greek and English, Russian will be considered as an advantage
• University degree in Marketing, Business or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of successful B2C and B2B sales and marketing experience
• Result driven, self-motivated and ambitious team player
• Ability to work independently and able to supervise a team of agents
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
