CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Research & Development company that develop cutting-edge technology solutions, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Director to join their expanding team. The successful applicant will hold a minimum of 3+ years of demonstrable Sales & Business Development experience from the Information Technology industry and possess previous Sales Management experience. Excellent communication skills in English (Written & Spoken) are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Manage the performance and execution of the sales team members.
• Lead all aspects of deal execution, including prioritization of deals, quotes structuring, and negotiation.
• Pursue both individual and team sales goals and hit targets on a quarterly basis.
• Develop a strategic plan to enrich the client base.
• Develop sales processes from cold and warm leads.
• Formalise value propositions based on an analysis of customer needs.
• Manage partners and agents networks.
• Manage the sales process including negotiations and closure of new business and partners contracts.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis.
• Assess the opportunities to develop a long term, sustainable business relationship and recommend the appropriate contact strategies.
• Identifying and closing new business opportunities.
• Meet assigned targets and strategic objectives as set by Management.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• At least 3 years of sales experience of software solutions.
• Previous Sales Team Management experience is a must.
• Sales experience with B2G products will be considered as a plus.
• Work experience of selling through partners and agents.
• Has proven track of managing big sales accounts/deals.
• Experience in the cyber-intelligence domain is considered a plus.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Team player, can-do attitude, broad minded.
• Fluent in the English language (written and spoken).
• A highly motivated and energetic individual with result oriented aptitude.
