Responsibilities

• Scope, lead and manage projects/initiatives that maintain and enhance the business offerings and operations
• Ensure the trading and support systems evolve in accordance with the business strategy
• Develop and implement policy, procedures and controls that are consistent with the objectives of the Company.
• Develop and grow relationships with business partners, customers and vendors as required by the business strategy
• Keep up to date with current market trends and align the business to reflect these.
• Establish performance objectives and KPI’s for all functions which tie to company strategy and goals
• Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO and board on activity and projects

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Experience in a similar role within a Financial Services industry
• In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as Trading, Customer Support, Marketing etc.
• Experience with CySEC regulations
• Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
• Leadership & communication skills
• Coordination of projects between departments
