We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Associate to help customers identify and purchase the products they desire. Sales Associate duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

• Maintain a fully stocked store

• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants

• Recommend and display items that match customer needs

• Welcome and greet customers

• Manage point-of-sale processes

• Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments

• Keep up to date with product information

• Accurately describe product information benefits

• Follow all company’s policies and procedures

• Prepare online orders

Requirements and skills

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Fluent oral and written Greek and English

• Excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Office Applications

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer service focus

• Friendly, helpful, confident, trusted and engaging personality

• Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work, fast learner

• Excellent organisational skills

• Basic administration skills

• Relevant Academic knowledge.

• Preferably, 1+ year of work experience in Sales role

Monday: 10:30-14:00 / 15:00-19:00
Tuesday: 10:30-14:00 / 15:00-19:00
Wednesday: 10:30-14:00 / 15:00-18:00
Thursday: 10:30-14:00 / 15:00-19:00
Friday: 10:30-14:00 / 15:00-19:00
Saturday: 10:30-14:00

The salary of the successful candidate will be determined based on academic experience and mainly on customer orientation.
