CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Group of Companies operating in the FinTech space, we are seeking to recruit an IT Business Systems Analyst to join their expanding team based in Cyprus. You will ideally be based in our clients premises in Limassol, but remote work is also an option for the right applicant based elsewhere in Cyprus. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for participating in the development of new payment infrastructures as well as integrating new and existing payment solutions for various countries and clients. You will hold a minimum of 3+ years of relevant Business Systems Analysis experience, ideally from the FinTech and/or Banking domain and speak English fluently. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Close work with various stakeholders to collect system requirements, analysis, validation, management, and prioritization.
• Working with the Development team, operations team, and the Business to ensure all documents are fully understood to be converted into the desired code/systems/technology.
• Produce and maintain software documentation including business processes, requirement specifications, and documentation.
• Control the delivery and the quality of the created functionality till the moment it is on production. Conduct user acceptance testing.
• Analysis of risks and causes of errors in the development of systems.
• Ability to measure and analyze basic business, product, and technical metrics.
• Build basic dashboards, data analyses.
• Work with the stakeholders to build efficient reports.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• 3+ years of IT experience as a Business/System analyst (Banking or FinTech industry is preferred).
• Experience in design and development of software documentation (API specifications).
• Fundamentals of the theory of algorithms, database theory, systems theory and system analysis, the basics of information security.
• Understanding of basic concepts of UI/UX.
• Experience in iterative development mode, understanding scrum framework.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• English language skills at upper-intermediate level or above.
• Experience in the financial industry, payment institutions is an advantage.
