Celsius Service Cyprus LTD is looking for an experienced Call Center Representative who will respond to users’ inquiries via phone and ticketing system. This role is responsible for resolving all inquiries that our users might have in a professional and timely manner.  In this role you will report directly to your assigned team leader. Our ideal candidate will be highly focused on providing an excellent customer call center experience, is organized, a multitasker, detail-oriented, energetic and self-motivated in a very fast-paced, exciting environment who has a can-do attitude and has previous proven experience in customer call center environment.


Working hours are scheduled in shifts which are between Monday to Sunday on a rotational basis working 5 days per week.


  • Provide direct customer support via phone and ticketing system
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Help users with onboarding and account-related requests
  • Proactively identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, and Marketing teams



  • 1-2 Years of experience as a Call Center Agent is a must
  • Active Listening and service-oriented thinking and acting
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
  • Experience using Zendesk software, and back office tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Phone skills, including familiarity complex or multi phone line systems
  • Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advance
  • Patient and empathetic attitude with great active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Mother tongue English, or advanced level of English (C1) (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Ability to work in rotation Mon-Sun (shifts)
  • Team player that can also work independently
  • Experience and fast typing skills (typing certificate will be considered an advantage)
  • Be able to work in a global environment
