On behalf of our client, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the position of Administrator.
Job Description
The successful applicant shall undertake administrative tasks and shall contribute in driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Print, scan, organise, transcribe and distribute documents upon request
- Coordinate and arrange meetings and events
- Utilise appropriate technology to complete various responsibilities with efficiency (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Phone, Outlook)
- Assist with special projects when necessary
- Prepare applications for EU programmes and other grants
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- University Degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and excellent computer literacy
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Strong team orientation, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Ability to multi-task in a busy and demanding work environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism
- Previous experience in relevant field will be considered as an advantage
