For the position of the Junior Software Engineer you should have:

• experience with one of the common data science toolkit like R, Matlab, NumPy
• good understanding of applied mathematic, especially statistic
• experience in develop A/B testings
• experience or willing to learn using query languages like SQL, Hive, Pig
• a data oriented personality 

Nice to have:

• passion for applied physics, especially classical mechanic (Analytical Dynamic and Kinematics)
• understand some machine learning algorithms like k-nearest neighbors, Naive bayes etc.
