On behalf of our client, a corporate services company based in Limassol, we are currently seeking to recruit a motivated candidate for the position of Secretary.

Responsibilities

  • Translate documents into English from Greek and vice versa
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports filing
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Responsible for Office Stationary
  • Standard secretarial duties and responsibilities
  • Providing personal assistance to the Company’s director
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
     

Profile

  • Diploma in Office Administration or related field will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English – able to translate documents
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position (preferably in law or corporate office)
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional manners
  • Pleasant personality
