Our client, a well-established company operating in the Technology sector is searching for a professional to join their team in Nicosia

The responsibilities:

• Perform full implementations, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel; provide client services (on-site and/or web-based) as needed.
• Participate in business process analysis sessions in order to configure system features/functions based on client requirements and needs. 
• Manage various engagements concurrently with aggressive timelines; outline implementation objectives, issues, findings and recommendations in a variety of client situations. 
• Work as a team with other Business consultants to assess client implementation needs, craft innovative solutions and implement these plans to a level which exceed client expectations. 
• Develop and communicate client requirements with the technical team on potential customizations to the solution. 
• Pursue professional certifications and personal development.
   

The individual:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Information  Technology or other related fields. 
• 3-5 years of working experience, implementing ERP or CRM solutions.
• Experience & understanding all or some of the following areas as ERP Financials, Order Processing, Sales Processing, Inventory Management.
• Ability to manage implementation projects (end-to-end).
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English languages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to understand and transform business requirements into software
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a project team
• Ability to consistently meet project deadlines
