Restaurant Manager: 

QUALIFICATIONS & DUTIES:

The candidate must be able of managing all aspects of restaurants operation. 

• Graduate of a tertiary school of Hotel Management or Hotel and Catering School
• Graduate of a tertiary school of Hotel Management or Hotel and Catering School.
• Five years experience in similar or same position at 4 or 5 star Hotel. 
• Must speak and write English very well. Knowledge of another language will be considered an advantage.
• Computer literate and familiar with Word and Excel.
• Organisational, Managerial and Leadership skills.
• Analytical skills, responsible and able to present results
• Able to evaluate people and plan incentives
• Very good communication skills
• Pleasant and friendly personality, fair, reliable and polite.
