Our client, a financial investment firm based in Larnaca is currently seeking a Night Shift Back Office/Support Officer. The right candidate will have Forex Back Office experience and must be able to work the night shift. Little or no Forex experience may be considered. A full two weeks training will be provided to the successful person along with the chance to work for a fast growing establishment.

Responsibilities

• Activating client accounts
• Activating Introducing Broker accounts
• Approving KYC documentation
• Using World Check to establish full monitoring of clients
• Offering professional customer support via company live chat.

Requirements

• Previous Forex experience will be considered an advantage.
• Experience working with client onboarding and backoffice.
• Must speak fluent English – any additional language will be an advantage
• Must have great communication skills
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work night shift – 10pm – 7am
