CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Investment Firm with offices in Limassol we are seeking to recruit a number of Retention Agents to join their team. The successful applicants will possess excellent communication skills in English and/or French/German and will ideally have previous and demonstrable experience within the sales department of an FX and/or Financial Services company.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

• Promote the company’s product and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of services at all times.
• Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platforms.
• Keep up-to-date with the financial markets.
• Follow the policies and procedures set by the compliance department.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

• At least 6 months experience in a retention and/or sales role.
• Fluency in English (Written & Spoken) and/or French/German (Written & Spoken) is essential.
• Strong computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Sales experience within the Financial / FX / Options Industry will be considered as an advantage.
• Dynamic, innovative and target driven.
• Ability to work in pressure in a fast-moving environment.
