RECRUITMENT MANAGER  

THE ORGANIZATION

On behalf of our client, a highly reputable Organization, leader in its field, we seek to recruit a high calibre professional for the position of Recruitment Manager.

THE POSITION

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recruitment and onboarding activities of the Organization, whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and internal HR policies.

More specifically, the responsibilities of the successful candidate will be the following, amongst others:

  • Set the objectives of the recruitment function, in line with the strategic priorities of the Organization
  • Communicate the recruitment strategy and business plan to department managers and provide leadership and direction in order to ensure that strategic action is implemented effectively
  • Oversee the Organization’s existing recruitment tools, processes and policies to provide the best customer service to key stakeholders
  • Lead onboarding activites, oversee and manage the candidate journey to enhance a positive start of employment with the Organization
  • Compile and consolidate reports with relevant KPIs and recruitment – related data for the purpose of monitoring the performance of the recruitment function
  • Undertake and implement employer branding and recruitment initiatives from concept to completion in a timely
  • Promote a culture of high ethical standards so as to attract and retain employees
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, associates and authorities
  • Keep informed of any trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies related to HR 

REQUIREMENTS              

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or in a related field
  • Master’s Degree in any related field / Professional Qualification will be considered as an advantage
  • At least five (5) years of professional experience in a related role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of the existing legislation and best practices related to Human Resources Management matters 
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
  • Excellent computer literacy and hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.
