Our clients, an International Group of companies providing investment services is on the looking to hire an Office Administrator for their new and vibrant offices in Nicosia.

What you'll be doing:

  • Answer and screen incoming calls and initiate contact or calls as requested.
  • In charge of and maintain the firm comprehensive calendar updating daily or otherwise needed.
  • Maintain vendor relationships
  • General office duties including ordering office materials and supplies.
  • Making copies and scanning of documents
  • Office online shopping.
  • Managing all clients’ requests/clarifications and following up with all departments to answer these clarifications
  • Organizing the files
  • Assist Company GM

Must haves:

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek language
  • Knowledge of the Arabic language considered an advantage
  • Innovative
  • Must be very organized

Additional Info:

  • Working hours 08:30 - 17:30
  • 13th salary 
  • Medical Insurance
