Our client, a reputable and leading accounting firm, is seeking to recruit a Qualified Auditor to join their expanding team, based in Nicosia.  The successful candidate must be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar position. 

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Group manager and/or directly to partner. Supervision and coaching of audit team members.
• Salary will depend on experience and qualifications but as an indicative
• Communication with clients in both written and oral.
• Responsible for a portfolio of a range of clients, including CSE listed companies, shipping etc.
• Advisory projects will also be assigned.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) holding a strong degree from a reputable university, having completed 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in audit and assurance with a reputable large or medium-sized audit firm.
• Strong and in-depth experience in audit, corporate tax compliance and in using e-audit methodology are essential.
• Experience in the provision of advisory services will be considered an advantage.
• Ambitious and highly committed individual with strong analytical, communication and technical skills.
• Hardworking and enthusiastic professional with career aspirations and interest in further advancement within the Firm.
