CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Investment Firm with offices in both Limassol and Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Administrator to join their expanding team. The successful applicant will be based in either Nicosia or Limassol and will ideally hold an academic background relating to Marketing/PR and possess some previous experience in a similar, marketing support position. Excellent communication skills in English are a must.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Administration and updating of websites; daily updates of websites based on data and information provided by various departments of the Company.
• Email marketing administration; setting up emails to various target audiences through the Company email software.
• Ensuring that all updates are in place and presented correctly though websites/other platforms.
• Acting proactively based on Marketing Project Manager’s guidelines for necessary updates on various channels.
• Updating / reviewing necessary updates on portals.
• Liaising with translators when necessary.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• University Degree in Marketing or similar field is not required but will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with CMS/CRM systems.
• Experience with Email Platforms.
• Good use of Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in the English language. Any other language will be considered a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, and desire to provide outstanding results.
• Passion for accuracy and detail, including written and oral communications.
• Willingness to learn, operate and adapt in a hands-on, fast paced environment.
• Capability to work with strict deadlines and multi-tasking.
