- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Executing orders and invoicing
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Working Hours/Days: Monday to Friday, 0800 – 1300 14:30 - 17:30

- University Degree in Beauty Therapy / Aesthetics : Beneficial Not Required
- Administration and/or Customer service experience;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, in Greek and English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Eye for a detail and accuracy;
- Computer office skills, including practical skills using Microsoft Office (intermediate MS Excel & Word);
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize.
