CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly respected Law Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Office Messenger to join their team based in Paphos. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for the delivery and collection of legal documentation to Courts and other relevant legal companies. You will speak Greek & English and hold a valid Drivers License. Any previous experience is a similar position will be considered an advantage.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Liaise with court clerks regarding various issues including queries in files.
• Ad hoc duties, including collections of post and / or deliveries and general administrative tasks.
• Delivery and collection of legal documentation at Courts and other legal companies.
• Delivery of tenders as requested.
• Any other relevant duties as required by a business Law Office.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• High School Leaving Certificate.
• Any previous, relevant experience is advantageous, but not essential.
• Clean, current Drivers License.
• Fluency in Greek & English.
• Able to handle sensitive, confidential information in a professional and respectful manner.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
