The Job

We are seeking to hire a Shop Administrator that will act as the front person in the shop and welcomes the customers.

Responsibilities 

• Front desk administration - Welcoming Customers 

• Issuing documents where is needed

• Input documents into the system

• Quotation creation

• Oversees and maintaining smooth Shop Operations

• Monitoring and maintaining proper stock levels of office equipment

• Abide by the Security measures of the Company

• Reflect a professional image of the Company

• Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all aspects of the job

You need

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek. Russian Language will be considered as an advantage.

• Detail-oriented and focus on quality results

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Customer orientation and professional appearance and behavior are a must

• Ability to maintain confidentiality is a mandatory requirement

• Positive attitude
