As the Manager of our Limassol office, you will help scale up our MT5 business through your industry acumen by contine building a competent team of professionals. You will collaborate seamlessly with the main office at Malaysia and uphold high standards of quality and integrity that Deriv is known for.
What you’ll do
Be an inspiring leader and the central point of contact for our Limassol office.
Support building the Limassol teams and training them for company businesses and processes.
Understand business trends, align with the management team for short- and long-term strategies, and set standards for the Limassol team performance.
Manage risk, and ensure appropriate analysis and reporting of operations.
Promote a supportive work environment and effective coordination with our other offices.
Requirements
A university degree in any related field
More than 5 years of staff management or HR experience
Excellent project management skills
Firm understanding of customer support processes
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
What’s good to have
Good understanding of IT concepts
Work experience in FinTech industry
