As the Manager of our Limassol office, you will help scale up our MT5 business through your industry acumen by contine building a competent team of professionals. You will collaborate seamlessly with the main office at Malaysia and uphold high standards of quality and integrity that Deriv is known for.

What you’ll do

  • Be an inspiring leader and the central point of contact for our Limassol office.

  • Support building the Limassol teams and training them for company businesses and processes.​

  • Understand business trends, align with the management team for short- and long-term strategies, and set standards for the Limassol team performance.

  • Manage risk, and ensure appropriate analysis and reporting of operations.

  • Promote a supportive work environment and effective coordination with our other offices.

Requirements

  • A university degree in any related field

  • More than 5 years of staff management or HR experience

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Firm understanding of customer support processes

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
