We are looking for a strong customer-oriented person to be responsible for client hospitality (where applicable), and to provide first class client service via the effective handling of all internal and external telephone calls and of visitors to our offices.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy and have the appropriate refreshments ready for guests
  • Greet visitors to the office and providing refreshments if required
  • Maintain appropriate level of supplies of stationery and general provisions
  • Request estimates and costs for equipment when required and seek approval for spend by line manager
  • Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs; seeking approval for spend by line manager
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries/couriers
  • Answer main incoming phone line and take messages or redirect calls to a member of the appropriate team
  • Provide administrative support to Directors (draft letters, copy/scan, arrange meetings)
  • Travelling arrangements (flight and hotel booking, transfers etc.)
  • Support the office with any administrative duties

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Strong customer service facing skills - experience of internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • An ability to manage and prioritise demanding workloads and to multi-task
  • Pro activity
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook calendar management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Flexibility and a pragmatic approach
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language; both oral and written
     

Remuneration package depending on qualifications and experience.
