Days and hours of work: Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1730 GMT

Salary: €13,680 Gross P/A plus commissions

Just Nurses supply nurses and theatre Practitioners to the UK’s NHS and to all Private Hospitals. We are looking for determined and self-motivated applicants.  Previous experience desirable in a target driven or customer service environment but not essential and a genuine will to succeed would be the ideal ingredients for this position! Exposure to the healthcare sector is a desirable but by no means essential and a nursing or healthcare background would be welcomed and supportive to this career path but again not essential as all training is given.

Responsibilities in this role include:

• Identifying and placing the correct healthcare professionals for shifts and placements, maximising staff bookings by accurate entry of availability and bookings, maintaining and updating company databases and ensuring timely and accurate KPI delivery

• Assisting in the reduction of competing agencies being used by shared clients by taking a consultative approach with the client and temporary worker whenever possible, as well as managing out competing agencies where possible

• Liaise with clients on a regular basis, always showing a high degree of professionalism and courtesy, maintaining a customer-focused attitude to your duties always

• Assisting in ensuring all candidates are fully compliant and cleared to work before their first placement is awarded

• Working within the relevant company quality and recruitment policies and procedures and ensuring that every placement you make is fully qualified to deliver a high quality of care to affected patients
