CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-established and expanding CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced and highly capable HR Manager to join their expanding team of professionals. The successful applicant will hold 3+ years of relevant experience in an HR role, ideally within the Forex and/or Financial Services sector.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and system and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process from writing job description to the final step.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Administrates programs, vacation, sick leave, absence and employee assistance.
  • Prepares employees separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

 

  • Educated to degree level in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a relevant HR position is a must.
  • Previous experience of working within the Forex and/or Financial Services sector will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Well-presented, capable to work under pressure and efficient to meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about people.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, coaching, and people skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and through periods of change.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluent English (Written & Spoken) is essential.
