CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established Family Office with offices in the heart of Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their expanding team. The successful applicant will ideally be a full members of a recognised accounting body (ACA/ACCA/CPA etc…) and hold previous and demonstrable experience in a similar position. Excellent communication skills in English are a must; knowledge of Greek and/or Russian is considered an advantage.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Proper day-to-day purchasing-to-payment cycle accounting, including managing and monitoring of inventories’ records, cash/banks/cards and various sorts of expenses.
• Improvement of the company’s internal controls and business processes in cooperation with the company’s Financial Controller.
• Quarterly and monthly expenditure and cash flow reporting based on the set internal framework.
• Assistance to the CFO and Head of Tax with tax-related matters.
• Any other reasonable ad hoc task may be required from time-to-time.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Highly preferable ACCA/ACA certified but not mandatory.
• You are a team player as this is our core value of our team.
• At the same time, you have enough knowledge and experience to work with limited coaching/supervision and take full responsibility for the result
• As a management accountant in a private group of assets you have a high level of professional scepticism and attentiveness to the details but at the same time continuously have a dynamic “big picture” in your mind.
• You have good bookkeeping and accounting knowledge, which can be demonstrated during the interview.
• Ideally, are familiar with accounting software like MS Dynamics NAV (knowledge of Oracle will be considered as an advantage).
• You are a strong user of MS Office products, in particular with MS Excel.
• You will speak an excellent level of fluent English; knowledge of Greek and/or Russian will be considered an advantage.
